What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
In accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, you have a number of rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. You may exercise these rights free of charge, except where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character.

These rights are as follows:
a.    Right to information: you have the right to receive information, in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible form, using clear and plain language, about the use and processing of your personal data.

b.    Right of access: you have the right to ask us at any time to confirm whether we are processing your personal data, to give you access to them and to information about their processing, and to obtain a copy of those data. The copy of your personal data that we provide will be free of charge, although requests for further copies may be subject to a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. We may ask you to prove your identity or request any further information necessary to handle your request.

c.    Right to rectification: you have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate, outdated or incomplete personal data concerning you. You may also request that incomplete personal data be completed, including by means of a supplementary statement.

This right applies where the processing of your personal data is based on consent or on the performance of a contract and is carried out by automated means.

h.    Right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling: this right allows you not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you, unless the decision is necessary for entering into or performing a contract, is authorised by law, or is based on your consent.

i.    Right to withdraw consent: where we have obtained your consent to process your personal data in connection with certain activities (for example, to send you commercial communications), you may withdraw it at any time. We will then stop carrying out the specific activity to which you had previously consented, unless there is another reason justifying the continued processing of your data for those purposes, in which case we will notify you accordingly.

j.    Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos), C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain, tel. +34 901 100 099 / +34 912 663 517 (www.aepd.es), or through its electronic office: https://sedeaepd.gob.es.
