All website content is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation and, where applicable, registered in the relevant public registers.

Regardless of the purpose for which they are intended, the total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialisation of such content require, in all cases, the prior written authorisation of the CONTROLLER. Any use not previously authorised shall be deemed a serious infringement of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.

Any designs, logos, text and/or graphics not belonging to the CONTROLLER that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are solely responsible for any dispute that may arise in relation to them. This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure that it functions correctly. In principle, it can be guaranteed to operate correctly 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. IP addresses
The website's servers may automatically record the IP address and domain name used by the user. This information is kept in the server's activity logs in order to ensure the security and proper operation of the website and to obtain aggregate usage statistics (number of visits, pages viewed, order of visits, access point, etc.), without identifying the user. An IP address may constitute personal data: its processing is based on the legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and the logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.


4.    GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
