The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the data sent to Xenética Fontao, which must refer to their own person and will be deleted once they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they are intended.

How long will we keep your data?

We will keep your personal data provided through email addresses for as long as they are necessary to respond to your request for information or inquiry, proceeding to their deletion once they cease to be useful for the entity or if you request unsubscribing from Xenética Fontao, objecting to or revoking your consent.

Each request to exercise rights that you submit must contain the subject reference "Exercise GDPR rights" and include the following information: name and surname, address for notification purposes, photocopy of National Identity Document or Passport, and specific request being made. In the case of exercising rights on behalf of another person, a document certifying the representation held must be attached.
